DELIVERY
We do our very best to despatch orders within 3 working days, unless a particular product is out of stock we will then contact you. Most items on the site are held in stock and will always attempt to adjust the site if stocks run out. If an item is out of stock we will despatch the rest of your order and the out of stock item will follow.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER?
If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing we will make enquiries with the postal service . Please allow up to 14 days for a resolution.

RETURN POLICY (All Shoes EXCEPT Personalised Shoes)
If for any reason you would like to return your shoes we will be happy to exchange them for a different design or size. Please return within 28 days of purchase.

RETURNS For Personalised Shoes
We cannot exchange Personalised Shoes as they are made to order and are no good to anyone else! We would only refund/exchange if there was a manufacturing fault.

REFUND
You may return your goods (unworn) within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you.
